Hot Toys War Machine Mark IV from Infinity War ... ...

Ten years of War Machine and today we have the Mark IV from the Infinity War.

My collection of Mark I, Mark II and Mark III. This is probably my final War Machine and will skip Mark VI but I do own the Marvel Legends but since it stays in the packaging, it will not find its way here.

Mark V did not make it to the cinematic universe and I look forward to Iron Patriot II.

Hot Toys Darth Maul with Sith Speeder from The Phantom Menace ... ...

I like Darth Maul and had been waiting for Hot Toys to make a fanboy happy. They did that and included the Sith Speeder; woohoo!

Hot Toys Black Panther from Black Panter ... ...

Not exactly a Black Panther fan but Hot Toy's creative idea to relive the cinematic marvel had me sold. The gimmicks are ultraviolet lights and paint applications to allow the below display effect which is exactly how the new Panther Habit suit behaves when it charges up with kinetic energy.

Hot Toys Iron Man Mark L and Accessories Set ... ...

Infinity War Iron Man Mark L and its weapons set has been sitting in my toy store for a long time. Time to do a review on it.

It's been quite a while since I was wowed by a Hot Toys product and with Iron Man, there is little Hot Toys can do wrong with it.

Star Ace Ninja Batman Deluxe Edition ... ...

Ninja Batman is a 2018 animation film which sees Batman and whole host of Arkham Asylum folks being teleported to feudal Japan. It was quite an entertaining animation and for Batman fans, getting the Ninja Batman figure is necessary.

Hot Toys Avenger Infinity War Iron Spider Man (Mr Stark, it smells like a new car in here) ... ...

and I must say the figure do smell rather like a new car. It's clear now why I would have bought this for the reasons stated in the previous post.

Sen-Ti-Nel RE:EDIT Iron Spider Man ... ...

This is my second purchase from the Sen-Ti-Nel Re-Edit Line. The first purchase was the War Machine. This is my first ever purchase of a Spider Man figure as I am not quite a Spidy fan.

Hot Toys Videogame Masterpiece Arkham Knight ... ...

Following the post of Batman from the same PS4 game title "Batman - Arkham Knight", this is Arkham Knight. I did not order this and so had a hard time finding him and am grateful that I have him in my possession now.

303 Toys Guan Yu 2.0 ... ...

After a long deliberation, I have in my possession, Guan Yu, 關羽, also known as 關雲長. 

This is version 2.0 which I was sold by the armor that came with this revision and I had mentioned earlier in 2014 when I reviewed Zhao Yun that I am not going to buy Guan Yu as I viewed him as a deity. However, 4 years on and I decided that Guan Yu makes a great companion for Zhao Yun.

Hot Toys Videogame Masterpiece Arkham Knight Batman VGM26 ... ...

I have to put it upfront that I am totally appalled by this figure but I will still talk about it.

I have been introduced to a very techie Batman by my son as I watched him played as the dark knight on his PS4. I was drawn to the Tony Stark inspired suit and the slew of tech Batsy has in his 'utility pouches'.

Hot Toys R2-D2: The Droid that was Forced to be Awakened ... ...

Like many Star Wars fans, I am drawn to R2-D2 (aka Artoo) for its eccentricity. However, it is a very unassumingly intelligent droid and that is probably how it survived all this while.

There had been couple of releases of Artoo in 1/6 scale but I have passed all of them until this one. Ironically, Hot Toys's version of Artoo is the simplest with the least number of accessories.

VTS VM-017 Dark Zone Agent ready to Take Back the City ... ...

Based on Tom Clancy's The Division, Virtual Toys (VTS) brings the male character to reality from the virtual world of online-only action role-playing video game which is developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.

Earlier encounters with VTS give me the assurance of a great experience and true enough, this figure has been well put together.

Dam Toys! 1/6th Ghost Series - Titans PMC: Frank Casey ... ...

The passion of kitting up military figures is still burning strong in me though I do feel the toil of having to spend hours putting the figure together while referring to photos on the internet. However, the satisfaction is when everything is done and it is what was anticipated.

The figure we have today is by Dam Toys and yes, I have to say again, these guys are fantastic in getting everything right about their product and there is no stopping me from getting more things from them.

I knew I have to get this as I was already pleasantly satisfied with Ryder Watson which was released in 2014.

From Very Cool to Very Hot (Grim Reaper)... ...

After having worked on Selina Kyle, I took at look at my Racing Suit Stark and I was kind of expecting this.

The rubber or PVC part of the suit was flaking very badly and I had to make a decision to strip the figure and throw the suit away.

So from Very Cool Robert Downey Jr....we have Very Hot Jason Stathom

Climatic Impact ... ...

This couple of weeks have been extremely cooling in my sunny island of Singapore as it has been pouring non-stop. For those who aren't familiar with our climate; Singapore is not the toy haven for collectors as the humidity can be a toy collector's worst enemy.

My fellow toy collector friend recently had a rude shock when his Hot Toys Selina Kyle's faux leather started flaking. He asked if I want the figure and who is to say no to Anne Hathaway?

On the left is mine and the one on the right is from my friend. The flaking was very bad on the forearm sleeves. Some parts of the suit are strangely also deteriorating.

Hot Toys Deadpool ... ...

This is again another purchase enticed by the live action movie Deadpool. I must say it is one of those movies that did not disappoint.

Wade Wilson aka Deadpool is both a loose cannon and highly spontaneous who often times behaves in the most unanticipated manner. Becoming Deadpool simply up his antics a few notches since he is practically invincible.
