G3/G4, I'm not referring to Macs... ...

Mentioned about this purchase from the previous post. Again, this is nothing new and I'm glad I managed to lay my hands on them.

First encounter with this is the SHFiguarts version which I did not buy and Google tells me these 2 riders are the same. While G3 was one of the protagonists in the Agito series, G4 did a cameo appearance in the Agito Movie.

Roll Over The Floor (ROTF) Seeker Starscream ... ...

Okay, it was stacked (not rolled) amongst many others in OG Orchard one day. Starscream from Revenge Of The Fallen. The reason I finally bought this has been consistent with my collection; robots got to have hands!

It All Ends with a Snipe ... ...

and it's indeed ironic as my first 1:6 scale is a sniper (PMC) as well. So, I shall end off with this sniper kit from Very Hot and indeed it's very well produced.

Figurative Art ... ...

contemporary art if you allow me. Over the weekend, I have collected my final 1:6 military men and incidentally, I'm relatively new to the manufacturers.

First up is Lt. A. K. Waters played by Bruce Willis from the 2003 movie "Tears of the Sun". Manufacturer is Art Figures and I missed the Saves edition (Punisher: War Zone version) and pre-ordered this immediately when this was available.

TTL ... ...

Erm...not too sure how do I exactly blog about this. Not too sure why I purchased this. Anyway, this is a TTL body in a suit.

Clone Unit 2224 - Code name Cody ... ...

Green Faces Navy Seals ... ...

released by Toys City featuring the head sculpt of what many are calling Matthew Fox from Lost. However, it kind of resemble Sam Worthington (Jake Sully) of Avartar. Anyway, let's move on to take a look at this amazing set.

GUNS and more Guns ... ...

is what I needed after acquiring the Soldier Story's weapons rack. Was in Bangkok and stumbled upon this set.

TAKEN 22 SAS Regiment ... ...

UNKNOWN to some is the elite special ops force from the United Kingdom and I recently acquired the tactical suit for Liam Neeson (an Irish).

I'm slightly disappointed with this set from Loading Toys as there were a couple of flaws and products that were not up to expectations.

Lego Bug .. ...

really have an effect on me as I've never own so many Lego pieces before but how can I say no to Star Wars!!

What we have here is the Star Wars mini pack and it came in packs of 5 (of course it's retail strategy to off-load less popular items)

I Hate Shopping ... ...

because I always end up buying stuff!

Rapidly Coo Machine ... ...

gun from Coo Model and I missed this the last round it was available.

Super Imaginative Chogokin Kamen Rider Double ... ...

which I almost missed because I intentionally skipped it during the pre-order and I would have paid lesser for it.

AT-RT ... ...

All Terrain, Recon Transport with ARF trooper Boil. This is from the animated series, The Clone Wars. General Windu led a group of ARF trooper and traveled on the uneven terrain of Genosis on this walker.

Breacher ... ...

a scout class under the "Hunt for the Decepticons" line under Hasbro and like the rest of the Transformers from my recent purchases; is a sale item. However, at $13.90, it's not exactly a bargain.

Stock and Load ... ...

more weapons with the purchase of this 1:6 scale weapons rack by Soldier Story.

Tomahawk to Nighthawk ... ...

Stripped Tomahawk apart to transform it to Nighthawk. The regular works apply; stripped and paint.

War Machine ... ...

from Iron Man 2 and what do you know? It's under the line of Mega Bloks.

Best part of the purchase, it's only $7!! Packaging is all shiny and comes with decently done box art.

GSS came early ... ...

Not quite. Just went on splurging and now....very guilty. Will be doing review for the items and here they are.

 M134 by Coo Model

Weapons Rack by Soldier Story

Kamen Rider W - CycloneJoker with Extreme parts by Bandai

AT-RT Walker with ARF Trooper Boil by Hasbro

Leader Class Starscream from Revenge of the Fallen (Hunt for the Decepticons) by Hasbro

Sting of the Bumblebee ... ...

has finally caught up with it going on sale at $13.90. Skipped previously because I have too many variants of this and the packaging made it look like a dwarf!

Cries of Tomahawk ... ...

under the Hunt for Decepticons by Hasbro has been answered when I finally picked it up over the weekend. This series is under clearance now at $13.90. I've ignored it for the past few occasions as the robot mode and head sculpt did not appeal to me.

HOT Iron Man Mark VI ... ...

and indeed this is very hot, so much so that it's already sold out during pre-order. No wonder it's a limited edition item and I've learned that Hot Toys stuff are really HOT!

LE(t) GO ... ...

as I never could have imagined myself owning any Star Wars release under the Lego line. Anyway, this set was on sale at $10 off its retail price.

Anyway, did my math and 4 figures with a snow speederbike is a worthy bargain and I bought it. It's really for the fun of it.

From Terradive to Terrordive ... ...

It's been quite a while since I bought a Transformer under the Hasbro line. Have been seeing this character around under the Hunt for Decepticon line. Basically a milking line for kids and the price eventually dropped to $16.90.

City of Toys ... ...

in my home in no time at the rate the 1:6 figures are pouring into the market. This week, I have the opportunity to own Toys City "Seal Team 5 Mountain Ops" which I obviously have missed out collecting 1:6 figures 3 months too late.

This was a 2010 Christmas special edition but was released sometime in Jan 2011. I'm both intrigued and puzzled over this piece; intrigued by the gears that's provided and puzzled that he will be extremely easy to snipe against the vast white background.

Figma Strike ... ...

which I bought for my son and I decided to do a short review since it's my first Figma (Max Factory) purchase.

The packaging is rather impressive with nice box art and elements of surprise such as tempo print (Stirke logo) on packaging window

Arms Rack or Wreck ... ...

is the kind of a mixed review when I first lay my hands on my pre-ordered M249 and MK46 by Arms Rack.

Packaging is simple and nothing fantastic and was not really interested on what's on the outside anyway.

Arsenal Fan ... ...

I have become (but not for soccer) to stock up fire arms, sniper rifles in particular.

Sunday, March 27, 2011

Crazy Dummy ... ...

is what I kind of feel like for going down the path of purchasing of my 5th 1:6 military man amongst other accessories.

Coo Modeling ... ...

is another one of those thingy that I hesitated in buying but I got it nonetheless as standby accessories for kitbashing. It's also this mentality of fearing it going out of stock and having to hunt and pay premium price at a later time.
